Cancel Membership

If you wish to cancel your membership,please complete and submit the form, selecting “Cancel my Lake House Membership”. Please note the following:

Per the membership terms and conditions,you will not receive any funds for any installment payments made prior to the cancellation becoming effective. You will have access to all membership benefits until the effective cancellation date, at which time all your membership benefits will end.
